Recognition of Mr. Judson – 6/11/2013

We recognised the social contributions made by Mr. M. X. Judson, who for the past 18 years has been involved in organising a weekly meal for the poor and destitute. He continues to this day to get sponsorship to pay for food and transportation of that food from one place to another. Judson spoke to us how he came upon one poor man so many years ago and he started by buying one meal for that man. When Judson saw him again, he had another man with him and Judson once again procured food for the both of them. Before he knew it, it became a weekly ritual. Judson worked as a helper and driver for a leprosy care centre and that is how he came to care for and also met with several people in need. He continues today to drive an autorickshaw and he still puts in the time, effort and patience to ensure the meals continue. We have favourably considered Mr. Judson's request for a three wheeler to further his social service.
